Browse listings by city and category
Visit Shangaar and select your city and desired outfit category to see local availability.
Select your rental dates on the listing page
Choose the start date and end date for your event before sending an inquiry.
Tap 'Send Inquiry' to open a chat with the owner
Clicking send inquiry instantly connects you to the owner through our secure messaging system.
Ask questions, request extra photos in the chat
Use the chat to confirm measurements, ask for recent photos, or discuss delivery options.
Owner confirms your booking in the chat
Once everything is agreed upon, the owner will officially confirm the booking to block the dates.
Arrange payment and pickup/delivery directly with the owner
No advance payment is needed on the platform. You pay the owner directly when you receive the item.
Return the item on the agreed date
Drop off or ship the outfit back on time to get your full security deposit refunded.
